Regular servicing is vital to ensure the safety and efficiency of your Gas appliance.  Having your boiler serviced on a regular basis will help avoid expensive repair costs in the future.

As part of your service, we check all aspects of your system and ensure your boiler does not have any carbon monoxide leaks and most importantly ensure that it is SAFE!  We can also detect any early signs of wear on parts that can be replaced, reducing the risk of future system failure and in turn, saving you money on repairs whilst improving your boiler’s efficiency which can lower your bills.

Gas Safety Certificates

Gas Safety Certificates are essential to ensure your property is safe and compliant to the latest regulations.  We can offer you an annual service and Gas Safety Check and we will even send you a reminder notification annually when your service is due.

If you are a landlord, it is your legal obligation to provide Gas Safety checks to ensure the safety of your tenants.

As fully Gas Safe registered engineers we can provide certification (CP12) for all gas equipment in any rented property.  Certificates need to be renewed on an annual basis, and we will send you a reminder notification when your certificate is due for renewal.  If any problems are identified, we can carry out any necessary works quickly at an agreed charge before a re-test takes place.

LPG

Our LPG service ensures your LPG boiler is working safely and efficiently and reduces the risk of costly breakdowns.

An LPG service usually includes a full inspection, clean and a flue gas analysis.  We also check gas working pressure to ensure safe operation.  If you have a sealed system, we can check the pressure and adjust as required.
